CA Diwakar Gokhale (B. Com. (Hons.), F.C.A.)
CA Diwakar Gokhale, senior partner and one of the founder partners of the firm, is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having nearly five decades of experience in the profession of Chartered Accountants.

CA Diwakar Gokhale qualified in the year 1966 and since then is in practice. His membership no. is 7910 and one of the most experienced Chartered Accountants in Mumbai region. Over the years, he has gained tremendous experience in the fields of taxation, audit and consultancy. He has been a regular at hearings for assessment of corporate clients and others.

CA Diwakar Gokhale was elected as Chairman of the Thane Branch of Western India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for the year 2006-07. He was also the Convener for one of the oldest and active study circles Thane CPE Study Circle for the period 2000-2003.

CA Abhay Sidhaye (B. Com. (Hons.), F.C.A.)
CA Abhay Sidhaye, senior partner of the firm and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having more than three decades of experience in the profession of Chartered Accountants.

He did his articleship from N S Gokhale & Company and then joined as a partner after qualifying in the year 1982. Since then, he has been in the field of Statutory Audits, Tax Audits and Internal Audits of corporate and other clients. Over the years, he has gained expertise in different types of audit of companies and presently, acts as a knowledge base for the entire firm for such assignments.

Even though senior, CA Abhay Sidhaye has never resisted to the vast changes in statutes and compliances that have occurred over the years; he has honed himself with the changes and has the habit of accepting such changes in a very positive manner.

CA Vinod Navare (B. Com., F.C.A., D.I.S.A.)
CA Vinod Navare is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having more than a decade of experience in the field of audit. He did his articleship from N S Gokhale & Company, qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002 and then joined as a partner in the year 2005.

He has been in the field of bank audits and has headed different types of bank audits such as statutory audit, concurrent audit, internal audit, stock audit and the list goes on. The years he has spent in bank audits have helped him in identifying the intricate details involved in the banking industry. He has been involved in consulting some of the banks about devising policies in concurrence with RBI guidelines.

CA Vinod Navare has been elected as a Managing Committee Member of the Thane Branch of Western India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for the period 2013-19. During this period, he has once served as the Chairman of the branch for the year 2018-19.

CA Shailendra Dharap (B. Com., F.C.A., D.I.S.A.)
CA Shailendra Dharap, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having more than a decade of experience. He did his articleship from N S Gokhale & Company, qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003 and then joined as a partner in the year 2005.

Earlier he was working with a reputed chartered accountant firm, having its branches in major cities across India, and has handled several prominent clients. He is a Tech-savvy Chartered Accountant by nature and always ready to step into the new era of rendering professional services of the highest standards. With a diverse background and exposure to Accounts, Audit, MIS, Secretarial work, RBI, Taxation and T.D.S., he has been heading the firm in all of these fields. He has headed the audit of Foreign Exchange Authorized Dealer (Category-I). He also looks after work of project report prepration of our own client giving importace to economic,technical,financial,managerial and production aspects.

CA Shailendra Dharap has expertise in MS Office and is a faculty member for training CA students in this subject for more than ten years. He was a part of IT Committee of Thane Branch of WIRC of ICAI.

CA Prajakta Gandhi (B. Com., F.C.A., D.I.S.A.)
CA Prajakta Gandhi did her articleship from N s Gokhale & company and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2000.

After her qualification, she worked with ICICI Lombard Ltd. And Bobcards Ltd., where she gained experience in the field of corporate accounts, taxation, MIS reporting and policy matters. Presently, she is supervising the bank audits, accounts finalization, statutory compliances, etc. of various clients.

She has an excellent academic record and has secured a position on the merit list of Mumbai University for the final year of her graduation.

CA Manasi Joglekar (B. Com., F.C.A.)
CA Manasi Joglekar qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2008 and joined as a partner of N S Gokhale & Company in the year 2009.

She looks after the audit of co-operative societies, banks and other non-corporate clients. She is also looking after the office administration and co-ordinates with different audit teams to guide them in the right direction.

She looks after the service tax compliances of clients and even attends before the service tax authorities, where the need arises.

CA Ganesh Krishnan
CA Ganesh Krishnan is a Fellow Member of ICAI with an additional degree in Law. He is also a qualified Information Systems Auditor.

He has been in practice for more than three decades and has specialised in the areas of internal & statutory audits. By virtue of his wide experience with various industries and different facets of business, he adds value to client organisation through business consulting

Being an adept professional, he has a high adaptability to the ever changing economic and compliance scenario.

CA S. Radhakrishnan
CA S Radhakrishnan is a Fellow member of ICAI with additional degrees in Cost Accounting (ICMA) and Law. He is also a qualified Information Systems Auditor from ISACA, Illinois.

He has been in practice for more than three decades deriving vast experience in the areas of Management Audit, HR & Finance. He was previously involved in Management Audits of enterprises in the manufacturing, BFSI & other services sectors. Presently, he is specialized in the areas of HR and finance. His HR exposure encompasses Permanent & Temp Staffing, Payroll Processing, Training & Advisory. His focus areas in the field of Finance include Financial Modelling, M&A and Capital Raising. He heads the Finance and HR practices for the firm.

CA Mahesh Bhat (Padmanabhan)
CA Mahesh Bhat (Padmanabhan) is a fellow member of ICAI with additional degree in Cost Accounting (ICMA). He is also a qualified Information Systems auditor

He has been in practice for more than two and half decades and has specialised in the areas of payroll, personal and corporate taxation. He has deep knowledge of taxation and related technicalities.

He manages the taxation practice of the firm along with other partner. He is an expert in tax consulting and litigation.

CA Pradip Jadhav
CA Pradip Jadhav is a fellow member of ICAI. His additional qualification in Law, gives him edge while dealing with indirect tax litigation before commissioner Appeal and Tribunal.

Before joining practice, he was working in the corporate sector handling complex issues in the indirect taxes. By virtue of his experience, he has gained an in-depth knowledge of indirect taxes. Pradip has more than one and half decades of rich experience in the fields of VAT, Central Excise, Service Tax and now GST.

He is associated as a faculty to various reputed organisations such as National Academy of Customs and Indirect Taxes (NACIN) which is government organisation involved in providing training to GST officers including IRS Class I Officers. He is GST training partner at various Institutes such as MITCON, Sakal International Learning Centre, Bharati Deemed University. He has also provided GST training to professionals during certification course on GST organised by the the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

CA Harshal Dhotre
CA Harshal Dhotre is an AssociateMember of ICAI with additional degree of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from AICPA in 2017.

Before joining practice, he has 17 years of thorough experience in Auditing, Accounts, Taxation and Compliance. Professional with well background of Capital Market domain; possess rich experience of working with Stock Exchange and Broking House.Steered inspections and audits for SEBI/Exchange. Working experience with Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) with exposure of handling various Inspections of Stock brokers. Wealth of expertise about financial products such as Equity, Derivatives, Depository, Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management, Research and NBFC. His Area of Specialization includes Audits/Inspections and Certifications of Stock broker, APs, Depository Participant, Mutual Fund/AMC, Portfolio Manager, Research Analyst & Investment Adviser.

CA Samir Sheth
(B.Com., M.Com., F.C.A., D.I.S.A.)

CA Samir Sheth is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having more than a decade of experience in the field of audit.

He has been in the field of CFO Services, Internal Audit and bank concurrent audits and has headed different type's internal audit and Concurrent audit.

He manages the audit practice of the firm along with other partner.
