Founded by Late CA. N. S. Gokhale in 1959 as a proprietary firm, our journey began with a commitment to providing exceptional audit, assurance, tax, and management services. The firm transitioned into a partnership in 1966, marking a new chapter of growth and collaboration
Late CA. D. S. Gokhale took over the leadership in 1966 and, over the next 58 years, guided the firm to new heights. Under his visionary leadership, the firm expanded significantly, growing in size and expertise. His dedication to training and mentoring more than five hundred articles has left an indelible mark on the profession.
In 1981, Late CA. Abhay Sidhaye joined as the third partner, significantly contributing to the firmâ€™s leadership and operations. His unwavering commitment and expertise continued to shape the firm's direction until his passing in 2024.
The values and ethics instilled by these leaders continue to be the cornerstone of our practice, guiding us in all our endeavors.
